Each order is custom spliced, knotted, stitched, whipped, and made by hand so please be patient and allow up to ten days for delivery. We will be sure to notify you when your order ships. If an item is listed as out of stock please feel free to email us at info@riggerswife.com. for a status update.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our policy honors returns or exchanges on items within 15 days of purchase but if you have an issue with your product at any time please contact us and we will do our best to resolve that issue with you.

To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item must be in new, unused condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

To return your product, email info@riggerswife.com with your order number and reason for return and we will email you a return authorization code.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
